Time and material model

Suitable for customers who want to control the project development process. Within the time-based model, the customer is charged for the services based on the resources used and the time that we have provided for the project.

It is mainly used for application development projects where the scope, specification, and implementation plans cannot be fully defined in advance. The development work is billed every month at the agreed hourly rate. The partnership based on the hourly model can last between 3 months and several years.

This is the method for projects that take longer and where the project specifications can be changed during implementation. Medium to large projects of any complexity are best carried out using this approach. Most complex software projects aim to find a solution to a business problem. With this model, software developers and customers work out the solution together.

Projects based on the hourly model are usually carried out in close and productive cooperation between avidacare and the customer. A typical scenario is to work out a solution for a problem, to carry out business analyses, to work out specifications. It also includes visual mapping, architecture design, documentation, coding, QA testing, release, and support. This type of project can be changed on the fly according to a previously agreed change management procedure, which is an important part of the agreement. Managing complex projects requires close collaboration between the customer and the developer.

The main benefit of the hourly model is that you end up with a solution to complex business problems developed under your close supervision by a joint team of professionals. The model offers our customers advantages in terms of thorough task analysis, the use of our many years of experience in developing solutions, and the use of proven project management that supports the reliable implementation of the tasks.
